The service

Interview Prep ("we", "us") generates interview question packs from the content of your own Ounie brains, at your direction, and helps you practice. You ("you", "the customer") pay for questions generated at the rate published on our pricing page.

Not career or legal advice

Interview Prep is a preparation aid. Generated questions and model answers are drawn from your own material and are not guarantees of interview outcomes, employment, or any particular result. You are responsible for what you say in your own interviews.

Acceptable use

You may only generate packs from brains your Ounie account can access. You will not attempt to discover endpoints we haven't documented or bypass rate limits. Generated content inherits whatever rights you hold in the underlying brain content.

Account & billing

There is no subscription for this product. Usage is billed in Ounie credits from your shared Ounie wallet — 1 credit per generated question, reserved when generation starts and settled on the questions actually produced. Credits are purchased and managed on ounie.com; your data and prior outputs remain accessible regardless of your credit balance.

Failed payment

If your Ounie wallet runs out of credits, no new packs can be generated, but your existing data stays accessible and buying credits restores full functionality. We do not delete user data because of an empty wallet.

Refunds

Failed generations are refunded automatically (the credit reservation is reversed), and you are never charged for questions that weren't produced. For anything else, open a support ticket.

Service availability

We target 99.5% monthly uptime for the dashboard. Answer quality depends on what your brain contains; we generate only from your sources and never fabricate employers, metrics, or stories.

Liability

Our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party can terminate at any time. You retain access to data you've already paid for. We may suspend accounts for material violations of these terms with notice.
